GALEX Project at Caltech

The GALEX Far-UV detector has been officially declared "inoperative".

The FUV detector has been inoperative since June, 2009.   Although the anomaly appears to be similar to ones encountered before, the recovery techniques used in the past have not worked this time. More information is available here
